Chartworth and New Hope Partners LLC Form Joint Venture
Chartworth of Portsmouth, NH and New Hope Partners of Newtown, PA have formed a project finance and business development joint venture. The joint venture will provide comprehensive services to raise capital, develop businesses, advance large-scale capital projects to completion, and to represent clients in mergers and acquisitions.

Together we form a uniquely qualified team to help clients navigate the many minefields hidden in complex regulatory issues, intricate entity formations, complicated financing structuring and execution,” according to Vladimir Harris, Principal at Chartworth.
Three Initial Contracts
New Hope Partners has contracted to develop three large-scale ethanol and renewable energy plants in the USA. The joint venture will assist three separate development companies in various stages to:
- Develop overall business plan and related economic, financial and capital models
- Develop business legal entity and management structures
- Develop varied stakeholder harvest strategies
- Develop equity and debt capital
- Identify, recruit and mentor key management personnel
- Develop and negotiate key alliances
- Secure legal expertise including intellectual property preservation
- Facilitate construction
- Execute mergers and acquisitions
